Trust has returned to Destiny 2 having been unavailable for a couple of years. This is a returning 180 Legendary Hand Cannon, which used to be a very popular choice among Guardians, and is proving popular once again. Today I want to take a closer look at Trust, check out the revised stats and perks, the god rolls to chase for PVP and PVE, plus look at how to get Trust in Destiny 2.
How to get Trust
To get this one you are going to need to play Gambit in Season of Defiance, as it’s the featured Gambit weapon this season. Complete Gambit matches and you’ll have a chance for it to drop for you. If you are trying to get this weapon after Season of Defiance, later in the year of Lightfall or even further in the future, then check out Drifter’s inventory in the Tower and you should be able to focus Gambit engrams. You won’t be able to do this immediately in Season of Defiance, as Drifter’s inventory lags behind by at least one season, but it should become available to focus in May with the new season of Destiny 2.
Trust
Trust is a Legendary Energy Hand Cannon with a Precision Frame meaning the recoil pattern on this weapon is more predictably vertical. Fires quickly with high accuracy. Looking at the stats we have Impact 78, Range 37, Stability 56, Handling 35, Reload Speed 50, Airborne Effectiveness 10, Rounds Per Minute 180 and Magazine 12.
The origin trait with this one is called Gun and Run. Rapidly defeating targets with this weapon grants bonus sprint speed. Guardians, powerful combatants, and high-value targets grant this bonus quicker.
