Succession is a raid sniper from the Deep Stone Crypt, now been made free for all players through Into the Light. This is one of the Brave weapons and it’s a must have for PVP and PVE players, especially thos enew players who haven’t played Deep Stone Crypt before. Today I’m going to check out the weapon, the stats, perks, god rolls plus how to get Succession in Destiny 2.
How to get Succession
To get this one you’ll want to run Onslaught, the wave based activity that released with Into The Light. Succession is a random reward after 10 rounds of Onslaught.
You can also turn in currency, Trophies of Bravery, which are acquired through Onslaught and other activities in Destiny 2. Turn in 10 and you’ll get a random weapon, which could be Succession. You can find this chest to the left of Shaxx in the Hall of Heroes.
You can also pick up a quest from Arcite, he’s next to Shaxx, and by completing this quest you’ll get a curated version of Succession, which has a pretty decent roll for PVE. I recommend the Shuro Chi location in the Last Wish raid to comeplete this quest.
Succession
Succession is a Legendary Kinetic Sniper Rifle with an Aggressive Frame meaning it’s high damage, high recoil. Looking at the stats we have Impact 90, Range 76, Stability 23, Handling 30, Reload Speed 35, Airborne Effectiveness 4, Rounds Per Minute 72, Magazine 3
The origin trait here is Indomitability where final blows grant grenade energy when playing a Light subclass or melee energy when playing a Darkness subclass.
