Jurisprudent is a Stasis Scout Rifle, great for PVE and PVP. This is definitely one you’ll want to add to your arsenal. Today I’m going to check out the stats, perks, god rolls and how to get Jurisprudent in Destiny 2.
How to get Jurisprudent
To get the Jurisprudent, you have to take part in Portal Activites in Solo or Fireteam Ops. You may see this as a featured weapon drop, but it’s also part of the random loot pool for portal activites, therefore complete them and you will get it to drop. Zavala also featured weekly weapons, you can check his inventory.

Jurisprudent is a Legendary Kinetic Scout Rifle with a High-Impact Frame meaning it is a slow firing and high damage. This weapon is more accurate when stationary, moving slowly, and aiming down sights. Looking at the stats we have Impact 67, Range 68, Stability 23, Handling 28, Reload Speed 33, Rounds Per Minute 150, Magazine 13.
The Origin Trait is Bray Legacy. Damage with this weapon generates a small amount of ability energy for the one closest to a full charge.
Jurisprudent God Roll Guide
For PVE Arrowhead Brake, Flared Magwell, Rimestealer, Headstone
- Arrowhead Brake – Reduces recoil and increases handling speed.
- Flared Magwell – Increases reload speed and stability.
- Rimestealer – Destroying a Stasis crystal or defeating a frozen target with this weapon grants you Frost Armor.
- Headstone – Precision final blows spawn a Stasis crystal at the victim’s location.
For PVP Smallbore, Accurized Rounds, Rapid Hit, Explosive Payload would be good.
- Smallbore – Increases range and stability
- Accurized Rounds – Increases range
- Rapid Hit – Rapid precision hits temporarily increase stability and reload speed.
- Explosive Payload – Projectiles create an area-of-effect detonation on impact.
