Forbearance has been revamped and returned via Into The Light. This is a raid weapon from the Vow of the Disciple, however, now it’s free for all players through the Onslaught activity. Today I am going to take a closer look at Forbearance, the stats, perks, god rolls, plus how to get the new and improved Forbearance in Destiny 2.
How to get Forbearance
To get this one you’ll want to play Onslaught and it’s a random drop from that activity. If you play legendary difficulty then it’s more likely you’ll get double perks, and more chance for the god roll.
If you want to target farm this weapon, then pick up the quest from Arcite in the Hall of Champions and complete that. It’s relatively quick, you’ll have to get grenade launcher kills and I recommend the Shuro Chi location in the Last Wish raid to get it done quickly. Once you complete this quest, you’ll be able to attune Forbearance which increases your drop chance by 50%, from the chest next to Shaxx plus drops in Onslaught.
Forbearance
Forbearance is a Legendary Energy Grenade Launcher with a Wave Frame meaning it’s a one-shot handheld Grenade Launcher. Projectiles release a wave of energy when they contact the ground. Looking at the stats we have Blast Radius 100, Velocity 74, Stability 27, Handling 70, Reload Speed 71, Airborne Effectiveness 4, Rounds Per Minute 72, and Magazine 1.
The origin trait here is Indomitability where final blows grant grenade energy when playing a Light subclass or melee energy when playing a Darkness subclass.
