How to get Division (Legendary Sidearm) plus god roll guide in Destiny 2

Division is a sidearm added to Destiny 2 as part of Episode Heresy. While it’s clearly not as good as the rocket-assisted Sidearms, this is still one of the better regular sidearms we’ve seen added to the game, especially in the Legendary category. Today I want to take a closer look at the stats, perks, god rolls plus how to get Division in Destiny 2.

How to get Division

To get this one you’ll want to take part in Episode Heresy activities like The Nether and Court of Blades, both can be found in The Last City via the Director. Beat bosses and open chests in The Nether to get weapon drops, and beat bosses in Court of Blades. To focus farm Division, use the Tomb of Want, found in your inventory and focus sidearms to help improve the drop rate of Division.

Division

Division is a Legendary Energy Sidearm with a Heavy Burst meaning it fires a hard-hitting, two-round burst. Slightly reduces flinching from incoming fire while aiming. Looking at the stats we have Impact 56, Range 50, Stability 39, Handling 33, Reload Speed 24, Rounds Per Minute 325, Magazine 24.

We have a choice of Origin Traits with Willing Vessel and Runneth Over.

Willing Vessel – Dealing damage or defeating targets with this weapon gradually grants increased stability, handling, reload speed, and charge rate. This effect gradually decreases over time but is gained more quickly while near allies.

Runneth Over – Reloading near allies overflows the magazine. Bows receive faster draw time and Swords receive faster charge rate.

  • Smallbore – Increases range, Increases stability
  • Steady Rounds – Greatly increases stability, Slightly decreases range, Increases airborne effectiveness
  • To the Pain – While this weapon is equipped, taking damage increases handling and aim assist until the weapon is stowed. Taking more damage increases the effect.
  • Sword Logic – Final blows with this weapon grant bonus damage. The strength and duration of the bonus increases when more powerful targets are defeated.
  • Masterwork Stability
