Chivalric Fire is a void caster frame sword added in to Destiny 2 as part of Season of the Wish. This is the ritual weapon for the season, and today I’m going to check out the stats, perks, plus how to get Chivalric Fire in Destiny 2.
How to get Chivalric Fire
To get this one you’ll want to reach rank 16 for one of the playlist vendors in Vanguard, Cruicble and Gambit – that’s Zavala, Shaxx and Drifter. This means you can play the activity of your choice to get this weapon. You’ll want to do this in Season of the Wish, but if you are wanting to get this sword at a later date, then you will be able to pick it up from the Monuments to Lost Lights kiosk in the Tower, which is currently next to your vault.
Chivalric Fire
Chivalric Fire is a Legendary Power Sword with a Caster Frame where you can launch a heavy projectile attack. Heavy attacks are stronger with full energy. Looking at the stats we have Swing Speed 40, Impact 60, Charge Rate 50, Magazine 50, and Ammo Capacity 60.
We have a choice of Origin Traits
- Vanguard’s Vindication – Final blows with this weapon grant a small amount of health.
- One Quiet Moment – Grants increased reload speed when out of combat.
- Gun and Run – Rapidly defeating targets with this weapon grants bonus sprint speed. Guardians, powerful combatants, and high-value targets grant this bonus quicker.
Chivalric Fire perks
Given this is a ritual weapon, we have a choice of perks, plus the weapon comes fully masterworked.
- Tempered Edge – Increased sword damage and ammo.
- Balanced Guard – Sword Guard has balanced overall defenses.
3rd column choice
- Relentless Strikes – Landing three light-attack hits within a short time grants Sword ammo.
- Repulsor Brace – Defeating a Void-debuffed target grants an overshield.
4th column choice
- Attrition Orbs – Dealing sustained damage creates an Orb of Power.
- Destabilizing Rounds – Final blows cause nearby targets to become volatile.
Chivalric Fire Ornaments
You can get ornaments for Chivalric Fire by resetting your rank with a vendor, and getting to rank 16 again.
- Vanguard Warmth (Vanguard)
- Phoenix Flame (Crucible)
- Drifting Blaze (Gambit)
