Tracktail Lizards are small endemic life. You’ll need them for a sidequest called “Dareel’s Research Report”. Today I’m going to show you where to find them and how to catch Tracktail Lizards in Monster Hunter Wilds.

Where to find Tracktail Lizards in Monster Hunter Wilds

To find a Tracktail Lizard you’ll need to go to the desert area of the Windward Plains. I recommend checking out Area 13, near the Oasis. There should be a pop up camp location nearby. Check out the dunes and you should see Tracktail Lizards hanging out there. If you can’t see a Tractail Lizard when you arrive, hop on your Seikret and ride around until you see one.

How to capture a Tracktail Lizard in Monster Hunter Wilds

Once you have seen the Tracktail Lizards, then it’s time to capture them. Be careful on your approach as they are nervous little creatures and are likely to run. Equip your capture net on the item bar, and either sneak up behind them or rush them on your Seikret, and then fire the capture net.
