Wild Style is a new double-fire grenade launcher added to Destiny 2, and only the second version of this weapon added into the game. This is available by completing a Nightfall, compared to a Dungeon for the first double-fire grenade launcher, plus this one is solar, and it’s going to go well with your solar builds. Today I want to take a closer look at the weapon, the stats, perks, god rolls plus how to get Wild Style in Destiny 2.
How to get Wild Style
To get this one you’ll have to complete Nightfall strikes and it’s a random reward that drops when you complete the mission. To improve your chances complete higher level nightfall strikes, either Legend, Master or Grandmaster. Wild Style
Wild Style is a Legendary Energy Grenade Launcher. This is a double-fire grenade launcher meaning it’s a hard-hitting twin-fire round launcher. Looking at the stats we have Blast Radius 60, Velocity 90, Stability 27, Handling 48, Reload Speed 39, Airborne Effectiveness 4, Rounds Per Minute 100 and Magazine 1.
We have a choice of origin traits
Vanguard’s Vindication – Final blows with this weapon grant a small amount of health.
Stunning Recovery – Stunning a Champion partially refills your magazine, triggers health regeneration, and improves recovery for a short duration.
Tex Balanced Stock – Damaging targets while firing from the hip increases handling, reload speed, and movement speed while aiming down sights.
Wild Style god roll guide
For PVE Quick Launch, Spike Grenades, Envious Assassin, and Incandescent would be good.
- Quick Launch – Greatly increases handling speed, Increases projectile speed
- Spike Grenades – Increases stability
- Envious Assassin – Defeating targets with other weapons before drawing this one transfers ammo to the magazine from reserves. This effect can overflow the magazine based on the number of targets defeated.
- Incandescent – Defeating a target spreads scorch to those nearby. More powerful combatants and opposing Guardians cause scorch in a larger radius.

For PVP Quick Launch, Proximity Grenades, Enlightened Action and Incandescent would be good.
- Quick Launch – Greatly increases handling speed, Increases projectile speed
- Proximity Grenades – Grenades fired from this weapon have increased proximity detection but a decreased blast radius.
- Enlightened Action – Dealing damage improves reload speed and handling.
- Incandescent – Defeating a target spreads scorch to those nearby. More powerful combatants and opposing Guardians cause scorch in a larger radius.
