VS Gravitic Arrest is a precision frame fusion rifle added to Destiny 2 with the Vesper’s Host Dungeon. Given it’s a precision frame it’s pretty useful in PVP as well as PVE, and has a decent range of perks, plus it benefits from being part of the loot drops for all encounters in the Dungeon. How to get VS Gravitic Arrest
To get VS Gravitic Arrest you’ll want to run the Vesper’s Host Dungeon, and you can find that on Europa. You will need a dungeon key or the Final Shape annual pass to access Vesper’s Host. VS Gravitic Arrest is probably the easiest weapon to get, given it can drop from all 3 encounters.

VS Gravitic Arrest is a Precision Frame Void Fusion Rifle, so it’s going to be great for Void builds. This has the added bonus of being a decent weapon in PVE and PVP too.
The Origin Trait is Bray Legacy. Dealing damage regenerates a small amount of ability energy.
VS Gravitic Arrest god roll guide
For PVE Fluted Barrel, Enhanced Battery, Repulsor Brace, Withering Gaze
- Fluted Barrel – Greatly increases handling speed, Slightly increases stability
- Enhanced Battery – Increases magazine size
- Repulsor Brace – Defeating a Void-debuffed target grants an overshield.
- Withering Gaze – Aiming this weapon for a short period of time without firing grants the ability to weaken the next target. Timer resets after firing or when you stop aiming down sights.
For PVP Extended Barrel, Projection Fuse, Under Pressure, Closing Time
- Extended Barrel – Increases range, Decreases handling speed, Moderately controls recoil
- Projection Fuse – Increases range
- Under Pressure – Improved stability and accuracy as the magazine gets lower.
- Closing Time – Improves range, accuracy, and handling as the magazine gets lower.
