Martyr’s Retribution returns to Destiny 2 in Act III of Echoes. This is a great Solar Wave Frame Grenade Launcher, perfect for Solar and Prismatic builds. Today I’m going to look at the stats, perks, god rolls, plus how to get Martyr’s Retribution in Destiny 2.
How to get Martyr’s Retribution
To get this one you’ll want to complete the Specimen NES007 quest in Act III of Episode Echoes. You can unlock this quest from the Encore Exotic mission, found in the HELM. You can find it just before the final boss where Maya Sundaresh is interrogating Chioma Esi over voice comms in the Ishtar Research Facility. Speak to Failsafe after the first run of the mission to pick up the quest. There are 5 steps you need to complete:
- Defeat 100 Vex using Solar damage
- Extract Data from Echoes activities and defeat Vex bosses
- Rapidly defeat Vex
- Speak with Failsafe in the H.E.L.M.
- Place the Exo Prototype in the display area
I completed most tasks in the Perdition Lost Sector on Europa, but you can also run through the Encore Exotic mission too.
