How to get Uncivil Discourse (Legendary Hand Cannon) plus god roll guide in Destiny 2

Uncivil Discourse is a 180 hand cannon which requires special ammo. This one is probably the closest we get to a Star Wars blaster, it has great audio and also feels great. Today I’m going to check out the stats, perks, god rolls, plus how to get Uncivil Discourse in Destiny 2.

How to get Uncivil Discourse

The new Renegades destination weapons, including Uncivil Discourse can be earned through:

  • The Renegades campaign mission (by looting the chests at the end or middle of the missions)
  • As drops from the end of Renegades activities, for example, The Lawless Frontier
  • From the Fallen faction in the Lawless Frontier, by gaining Rank 2 reputation with them.

Uncivil Discourse

Uncivil Discourse is a Legendary Energy Hand Cannon and it’s a Dynamic Heat Weapon meaning higher base damage. High heat generated, reload to vent heat from the weapon. Overheating forces a sustained vent. Weapon cools down more rapidly between shots. Looking at the stats we have Impact 94, Range 75, Stability 77, Handling 79, Reload Speed 80 and Rounds Per Minute 180.

This one comes with the Origin Trait called Air-cooled Core. Sprinting increases vent or reload speed for a short time. While at low heat or full magazine, gain increased handling and movement speed when aiming down sights.

Uncivil Discourse has a lot of benefits, although it’s worth being aware it requires special ammo. I did find I would often run out of ammo, given how fast this thing can shoot.
