How to get Tinasha’s Mastery (Iron Banner Rocket Sidearm) in Destiny 2

Tinasha’s Mastery is a stasis rocket-assisted sidearm added to Destiny 2 in Episode Revenant via Iron Banner. Rocket assisted sidearms have consistently delivered since they were introduced a year ago with Indebted Kindness. We’ve seen an Arc one, a Solar one, and now we have a Stasis Rocket-assisted Sidearm for our stasis builds. Today I am going to check out the weapon, the stats, perks, god rolls plus how to get Tinasha’s Mastery in Destiny 2.

How to get Tinasha’s Mastery

Tinasha’s Mastery is available from Iron Banner as a random drop from the end of Iron Banner matches, as well as the reward track from Lord Saladin in the Tower. Once you unlock the weapon on Saladin’s rewards, you’ll be able to focus the weapon for additional drops. Your best bet is to play Iron Banner matches, wearing as much Iron Banner armour as possible, as well as using an Iron Banner Emblem and weapons, this is going to increase your overall XP gains, and help you level up faster to get the best rolls of Tinasha’s Mastery.

Tinasha’s Mastery

Tinasha’s Mastery is a Legendary Kinetic Sidearm with a Rocket-Assisted Frame meaning sidearm fires self-propelled rocket ammunition. Projectiles explode on impact for high damage. Looking at the stats we have Blast Radius 35, Range 28, Velocity 56, Stability 54, Handling 42, Reload Speed 29, Rounds Per Minute 100, Magazine 9.

The Origin trait is Skulking Wolf. While at low health, Guardian final blows with this weapon grant enhanced radar and remove you from opposing radar.

Tinasha’s Mastery is going to be a very popular weapon. The rocket-assisted archetype have consistently delivered when it comes to PVE content, and given the focus on Stasis this Episode, then this is going to pair very well with stasis builds across all classes.

Tinasha’s Mastery god roll guide

For PVE Quick Launch, Tactical Mag, Loose Change, Chill Clip, Masterwork Velocity

  • Quick Launch – Greatly increases handling speed, Increases projectile speed
  • Tactical Mag – Slightly increases stability, Increases reload speed, Slightly increases magazine size
  • Loose Change – Applying an elemental debuff to a target increases this weapon’s reload speed, aim assist, and movement while aiming down sights for a short duration.
  • Chill Clip – Direct hits with the top half of the magazine cause a detonation that slows nearby targets.
  • Velocity Masterwork

In PVP, there are probably much better options than a rocket-assisted sidearm, however, if you insist then I would go for Quick Launch, High-Velocity Rounds, Impulse Amplifier and Desperate Measures.

  • Quick Launch – Greatly increases handling speed, Increases projectile speed
  • High-Velocity Rounds – Increases projectile speed, Increases reload speed
  • Impulse Amplifier – Massively increases projectile velocity, increases reload speed.
  • Desperate Measures – Weapon final blows grant bonus damage. Melee and grenade final blows grant a larger damage bonus that can stack.
  • Velocity Masterwork
