How to get Adjudicator (Legendary Submachine Gun) in Destiny 2

The Adjudicator returns in Season of the Wish, as part of the revamped Prophecy loot pool. This is a deadly SMG that’s well worth farming, plus it has onslaught, so in the right hands this one is going to be deadly. Today I’d like to take a closer look at the weapon, the stats, perks, god rolls plus how to get Adjudicator in Destiny 2.

How to get Adjudicator

To get this one you’ll need to enter the Prophecy Dungeon, and beat the mini-boss at the second encounter, nicknamed The Cube. Once you get Adjudicator once, it has the chance to drop from the secret chests in the dungeon. The best time to farm for this weapon is when Prophecy is the featured Dungeon in the rotation. I do a guide each week on Tuesday, letting you know the featured Dungeon, so make sure to check that out if you’re not sure.

Adjudicator

Adjudicator is a Legendary Kinetic Submachine Gun with a Precision Frame meaning this weapon’s recoil pattern is more predictably vertical. Looking at the stats we have Impact 25, Range 56, Stability 40, Handling 21, Reload Speed 16, Airborne Effectiveness 12, Recoil 93, Rounds Per Minute 600, and Magazine 27.

The Origin Trait is Crossing Over where this weapon has increased range and handling for the top half of the magazine, while rounds from the bottom half of the magazine deal increased damage.

Adjudicator god rolls

For PVE Smallbore, Appended Mag, Subsistence, and Frenzy would be good.

  • Smallbore – Increases range, Increases stability
  • Appended Mag – Increases magazine size
  • Subsistence – Defeating targets partially reloads the magazine from reserves.
  • Frenzy – Being in combat for an extended time increases damage, handling, and reload for this weapon until you are out of combat.

For PVP Hammer-Forged Rifling, Accurized Rounds, Dynamic Sway Reduction and Onslaught would be good.

  • Hammer-Forged Rifling – Increases range
  • Accurized Rounds – Increases range
  • Dynamic Sway Reduction – Improves accuracy and stability while continuously holding down the trigger.
  • Onslaught – Final blows with this weapon increase its rate of fire.

Let me know what you think.
