Perfect Paradox has returned to Destiny 2 via Episode Echoes. It’s perk pool has been refreshed and this one is a PVE monster weapon, plus it’s decent in PVP too. Today I want to take a closer look at the stats, perks, god rolls, plus how to get Perfect Paradox in Destiny 2.
How to get Perfect Paradox
The easiest way to get this one is to complete the latest story activities in Act II of Episode Echoes. Once you have finished with Saint-14 and Osiris, speak to Saint-14 in the Tower and he’ll give you the updated Perfect Paradox. Advancing the story will also open up focusing options for Perfect Paradox at Failsafe in the H.E.L.M. You can also get additional rolls of this weapon from Echoes Battlegrounds and Breach Executable activities in Episode Echoes.
Perfect Paradox
Perfect Paradox is a Legendary Kinetic Shotgun with a Rapid-Fire Frame meaning the weapon fires full auto with deeper ammo reserves. Faster reload when weapon is empty. Looking at the stats we have Impact 65, Range 32, Stability 36, Handling 43, Reload Speed 64, Rounds Per Minute 140, and Magazine 7.
The Origin Trait is Cast No Shadow dealing melee damage refills 20 percent of the magazine and grants bonus handling.
Perfect Paradox god roll guide
For PVE Barrel Shroud, Tactical Mag, Dual Loader and One-Two Punch would be good.
- Barrel Shroud – Increases stability, Increases handling speed
- Tactical Mag – Slightly increases stability, Increases reload speed, Slightly increases magazine size
- Dual Loader – Reloads an additional shot at a time.
- One-Two Punch – Hitting an enemy with every pellet in a shot increases melee damage for a short duration.
For PVP Smallbore, Accurized Rounds, Slideshot, and Opening Shot would be good.
- Smallbore – Increases range, Increases stability
- Accurized Rounds – Increases range
- Slideshot – Sliding partially reloads this weapon’s magazine and temporarily boosts range and stability.
- Opening Shot – Improved accuracy and range on the opening shot of attack.
