The first catalyst for Wish-keeper is now available in game, and that tale us back into the Starcrossed mission, this time on Legend difficulty. Out prize is a new exotic intrinsic plus the Enduring Snare Refit, which makes our Snareweaver traps last longer. Today I’m going to walk you through the quest steps, so you can upgrade your wish-keeper exotic bow today.

How to get Wish-keeper Catalyst

Before you try to get the catalyst, get Wish-keeper first and go through at least one run of Starcrossed Exotic Mission. You can access this by completing week 4 of the story in Season of the Wish, or later through the Exotic Mission Starcrossed.

Speak to Mara Sov

Go to the H.E.L.M. and speak to Mara to pick up the Constellation Tower exotic quest.

Legend Starcrossed

Next you’ll want to jump into the Exotic mission Starcrossed on Legend difficulty. I’d recommend going in with a team for this. You’ll want to get to the location where you are instructed to Approach the Structure. First we can get the intrinsic upgrade, then we’ll get the rest

Get the Exotic Intrinsic upgrade

What we want to do is get to the part where we have to kill the Phalanx with the buff. What you want to do is pick up the Sire’s protection buff, then turn around and run back towards the yellow pool and pick up Dam’s gift, combining to make Crowned by Dragons. Then jump through the waterfall, go up through the cave and open the chest to pick up the snareweaver Exotic Intrinsic upgrade.

Collect the inscription

Then you’ll want to get up on the cliffs, you can use the trees to do this and head for the glowing pillar of white light. Interact with the light, some stars will spawn, and you have to shoot them in sequence. I shot them with Wish-keeper. This draws a nice image of Savathun in the sky. Once you have done this collect the inscription from the light.

Finish the mission

Once you have done this, then finish the mission, and you collect the catalyst.

Reshape

Finally, you have everything you need to go to the enclave on Savathun’s Throne World and you can reshape the wish-keeper exotic bow, adding the catalyst and the new perks.

Here’s some more about the catalyst.

Snareweaver – This is an Exotic Intrinsic meaning precision hits and final blows build energy towards a Snareweaver arrow that can be fired from the hip. On impact, Snareweaver arrows create a pattern of traps that suspend nearby targets.

Enduring Snare Refit – This is a basic trait meaning Snareweaver traps last longer. Previously they lasted about 10 secs, with this catalyst they are going to last 15 secs.
