Ros Arago IV is a world drop weapon meaning you can get it from a variety of sources in the game, wherever you get your legendary engrams. That could be from opening legendary engrams, or ones you pick up in the wild. Banshee-44 is a good source too, given you can get world loot from upgrades at Banshee-44. Terminal Overload on Neomuna is also a good farm for World Drop weapons.

Ros Arago IV is a Legendary Energy Auto Rifle with an Adaptive Frame meaning it’s a well-rounded grip, reliable and sturdy. Looking at the stats we have Impact 21, Range 42, Stability 37, Handling 57, Reload Speed 56, Airborne Effectiveness 18, Rounds Per Minute 600, and Magazine 41.

The Origin Trait is called Wild Card. Final blows with this weapon have a chance to create experimental submunitions at the target’s location.
