Loud Lullaby is a very useful 120 hand cannon, first introduced in Shadowkeep, but recently reintroduced as part of update 3.2.1 on 6th July 2021. This is one of the best weapons from the Moon set, and it’s now available and it’s pretty easy to target farm. Today I am looking at Loud Lullaby, the stats, the god roll guide plus how to get the weapon in Destiny 2.
Loud Lullaby is a Legendary Kinetic Hand Cannon with an Aggressive Frame meaning High damage, high recoil. Optimized for long-distance shooting. Looking at the stats we have Impact 92, Range 58, Stability 25, Handling 32, Reload Speed 31, and Rounds Per Minute 12.
Loud Lullaby God Roll Guide
PvE Roll: Smallbore, Appended Mag, Heating Up, Rampage
For PvE Smallbore gives you that increase to range and stability. Appended Mag will give you more bullets in the magazine. Heating up increases accuracy and stability, and improves vertical recoil after final blows. Then Rampage increases the damage after kills, which stacks up to three times.
PvP Roll: Corkscrew Rifling, Accurized Rounds, Surplus, Kill Clip
For PvP Corkscrew Rifling gives you an increase in range, stability, and handling the Accurized Rounds gives you that nice boost to the range. Surplus increases handling, reload speed, and stability for each fully charged ability, then finally Kill Clip gives you an increase to damage if you reload after a kill. Kill Clip is key for two-tapping Guardians in Crucible.
How to get Loud Lullaby
To get Loud Lullaby you can target farm this through quests found on the Moon. You will most likely need access to Shadowkeep for this. First, go to the Moon and pick up the Essence of Brutality from the Lecturn found near Eris Morn on the moon. To pick this up you’ll need one Phantasmal Core, which can be purchased by turning in 20 Phantasmal Fragments or by completing the two Weekly Letern Moon Bounties. Once you have the core, pick up the Essence of Brutality from the Lecturn.
From here, check out the bounty for the objectives. For example, you’ll have to kill a certain amount of enemies with hand cannons on the moon, or complete Patrols, things like that. Once you complete the quest, turn it in at the lectern and you’ll get the Loud Lullaby.
So Loud Lullaby is back. It’s a shame it’s back just when 120 hand cannons got their nerf, and it was never able to shine during the ‘heyday of 120 hand cannons like The Steady Hand or Igneous Hammer. The perk pool too has been reduced to a sorry state compared to what it used to be. The saving grace is probably Kill Clip. You should be able to two-tap Guardians with Kill Clip active, so it’s worth running around in crucible and giving it a go.
Let me know down in the comments what you think of Loud Lullaby in its returned form, plus let me know which rolls you got.
